{"id":2777,"date":"2012-09-29T11:32:58","date_gmt":"2012-09-29T15:32:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/acro.net\/blog\/?p=2777"},"modified":"2012-09-29T11:34:36","modified_gmt":"2012-09-29T15:34:36","slug":"ayrton-senna-foundation-and-movie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acro.net\/blog\/ayrton-senna-foundation-and-movie\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayrton Senna foundation and movie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/senna.globo.com\/institutoayrtonsenna\/ingles\/home\/index.asp\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ayrton Senna Foundation<\/strong><\/a> was formed in honor of the late Brazilian Formula 1 racer, <strong>Ayrton Senna<\/strong>, by his sister.<\/p>\n<p>It has helped millions of disadvantaged children in Brazil, since 1995.<\/p>\n<p>A great, moving film, depicting the life and passion of Ayrton Senna, is called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sennamovie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>&#8220;Senna&#8221; &#8211; filmed in 2010.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Although I was a fan of Formula 1 racing back in the 70&#8217;s and 80&#8217;s, by the time Senna entered the game I was too old to follow the sport.<\/p>\n<p>After watching this incredible documentary film, I have been re-energized by its messages and lessons, and I intend to follow Formula 1 racing once again.<\/p>\n<p>Since Ayrton Senna&#8217;s untimely demise in 1994, there have been no deaths in the sport, thanks to the changes in security that Senna&#8217;s own efforts inspired.<\/p>\n<p>I highly recommend watching the Senna film, to everyone; regardless of your interest in Formula 1 racing or not.
