{"id":3102,"date":"2013-01-16T14:14:30","date_gmt":"2013-01-16T19:14:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/acro.net\/blog\/?p=3102"},"modified":"2013-01-16T14:14:30","modified_gmt":"2013-01-16T19:14:30","slug":"pool-com-resolves-domain-transition-to-my-satisfaction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acro.net\/blog\/pool-com-resolves-domain-transition-to-my-satisfaction\/","title":{"rendered":"Pool.com resolves domain transition to my satisfaction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After receiving <a href=\"http:\/\/domaingang.com\/domain-news\/pool-com-announces-all-is-well-with-domain-transitions\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>an email from Pool.com<\/strong><\/a> yesterday regarding the transition of domains managed by Pool.com registrars, I consider the matter closed.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, I have notified <strong>BBB<\/strong> that the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction, as <strong>Richard Schreier<\/strong>, CEO of Pool.com, personally assured me that the matter is under control.<\/p>\n<p>The updated statement that I sent to the Better Business Bureau <a href=\"http:\/\/acro.net\/blog\/domains\/bbb-delivers-complaint-to-pool-com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>about the case<\/strong><\/a>, was as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Mr. Schreier communicated with me directly on the subject of transitioning the domains to a new, manageable account. At this point, I consider his response and actions satisfactory and looking forward to completing the transition, as explained in the private communication. Thank you.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It is refreshing seeing that Pool responded swiftly and positively and worked with ICANN to quickly assign an adoptive registrar &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.namesbeyond.com\/index.php\/home\/transfer_pool\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>NamesBeyond<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; for the domains. Also, I must point out that Mr. Schreier handled my then justified frustration very professionally.
