Late last week, I caught this great tweet by Frank Schilling<\/a>, <\/strong>who said:<\/p>\n

“If you knew how little people thought about you – you wouldn’t worry what people think of you.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The average human brain engages itself in a variety of thoughts daily; thousands of electrical pulses occur to facilitate the formation of a single thought or concept.<\/p>\n

Unless one is an obsessive\/compulsive individual suffering from some form of mania, the sheer amount of thoughts and their evolving paths almost guarantee that very few thoughts extend beyond several milliseconds.<\/p>\n

In that sense, one’s actions, strategy, modus operandi and driving force should not depend on what other people think, simply because the collective force of those thoughts – negative or not<\/em> – do not amount to anything.<\/p>\n

Outside criticism is irrelevant; when it comes down to what truly matters, introspective is the best navigator. A person’s experience in life arrives by venturing on an exploration of the unknown and the uniqueness of their voyage.<\/p>\n

Next time someone attempts to derail you from your chosen path<\/strong><\/a>, you can safely treat their opinion as a temporary flicker on your life’s radar. The final choice, much like everything else in life, is yours.<\/p>\n
