One of the reasons I moved my domain names to Uniregistry<\/strong><\/a> several years ago, is their knowledgeable support department.<\/p>\n

Uniregistry is now a GoDaddy company<\/strong><\/a>, and great days are looming ahead through this well-planned acquisition.<\/p>\n

Uniregistry remains an elite destination of choice for domain investors and end-users alike. It has a solid footprint in the domainer community, and investors like me appreciate the particulars of this agreement.<\/p>\n

Last week I needed some information on behalf of a domain buyer; instead of wasting time through their own assessment of the situation, I contacted the Uniregistry support department via the phone.<\/p>\n

They can be reached at 800-818-1828<\/strong> during the following hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (UTC-5) Sat: 9:00AM – 5:00PM (UTC-5).<\/p>\n

Support explained to me the specific step of the process that I was not familiar with, regarding bank wire payments. I relayed the information to my buyer, who was able to resolve the issue. It literally took 5 minutes, including the phone call.<\/p>\n

It’s great seeing how Uniregistry is operating as an independent brand under the GoDaddy umbrella. Domain investors have been well taken care of, and I have no doubt that the benefits of using the registrar that Frank Schilling<\/strong> built will continue to be in place for years to come.<\/p>\n
