One of the lessons I learned during the past decade as a domain owner, is that money takes its sweet-ass time to reach your destination – if you simply sit and wait for it.<\/em><\/p>\n

As long as you wait for the moolah, sitting on your behind until it somehow knocks on your door be prepared to grow old and at the same time get a hobby while waiting.<\/p>\n

Waiting for the money to pour in is an absolute recipe for disaster!<\/strong> You have to chase it, you need to locate its source and you need to hammer that bitch down until it’s shaped like the palm of your hand!<\/p>\n

That’s right. I’m talking about chasing the opportunities that you have – finding the prospective buyers for your domains instead of waiting for a 3:00 PM call to magically ask for your domain in exchange for cash.<\/p>\n

So where do you get that money from?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That depends entirely on you and your incentive, on your diligence to stay on top of news, events and global happenings. You need to dig that information, combine it, sync it with other events. You need to learn how to use more of your God-given brain.<\/p>\n

During my professional past, I was given the task to collect and organize information on high rise buildings, their business tenants, their financial prowess; I had to place a “figure” on their virtual head and boy, did I hunt those heads down! My boss made millions out of my dedication and talent.<\/p>\n

That’s what you need to do: locate, evaluate and take no prisoners<\/strong> in your quest for your best sale ever. By following the same process you learn to manifest it with perfection; you become the hunter, not the lottery player.<\/p>\n

Waiting for the money to pour in should be removed from your mentality; go out and chase it. You can do it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
