NamesCon 2014 in Las Vegas was a great introduction to witnessing the domain industry’s growth; a clear indication that positive thinking is necessary for this industry to expand.
I’ve already raved about the key elements of this particular event, highlighting those that made it a complete success.
This post is about the people that attended, whether we crossed paths or not – with 600 attendees and numerous exhibitors, it was a challenge to greet and interact with everyone, even for those of us that are openly gregarious.
During the Water Night event, I witnessed more than any other time in the past how a group of professionals can have fun and at the same time contribute to a great cause; more than $110,000 dollars was donated to the great cause of providing quality water to African kids.
I brought home with me lots of memories, the result of fun and stimulating interactions and a mini Brazuca ball signed by some of the brightest people in the domain industry.
This is a big thank you, for being at NamesCon 2014 with me.
