Is the Domain Name Sales domain management system confusing?

I’ve been using Domain Name Sales as the only platform to sell domains, ever since Frank Schilling demonstrated the iPhone app during TRAFFIC 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale.

I don’t own an iPhone, and thus my experience is solely through a web browser; even on Android, the experience is smooth.

Ever since its launch, the DNS platform has been grown steadily, becoming the most comprehensive domain management and selling tool available on the Internet.

The DNS platform does have its learning curve, however, and one is advised to study the options carefully and extensively.

Recently, I received a small number of inquiries, regarding how to perform certain functions on Domain Name Sales. Options such as automatically assign all inquiries to yourself, or how to manage portfolio settings, appear to be common questions that should be in an FAQ page.

To a small number of users, such an ample and customizable number of options can be confusing and overwhelming. With active interaction with the platform, one can get accustomed to the options and navigate through the menu easily, having automated important functions as well.

The Domain Name Sales interface is not complicated, and is constantly improved based on user feedback. Like any other tool, it does require, however, an active participation by the user, to gain familiarity with its great set of tools.
