I’m being tempted to comment about people with ADD – those whose condition hinders them from focusing more than a few minutes on a subject.
In this case, however, I believe it’s simply bad business manners: when one contacts me for a domain, placing a lowball offer no less, I expect them to wrap it up; they either close the deal or they don’t.
The $50 offer for a domain worth thousands of dollars didn’t phase me; what really surprised me was the quick switch of the other party from being a buyer, to being a seller.
Upon quoting them a price range, the reply came verbatim:
“I have a few domains i am looking to sell do you purchase domains?”
No dude, I don’t purchase domains from people that aren’t able to focus on the initial communication. But hey, what’s the weather like today and did you have any pizza recently?
lol
He doesn’t have ADD.
He has ICNTSS: I can’t sell shit.
These type of news brings some laughs & perspective of the field. 🙂
I’m guessing if he does that to enough people he’ll make his own sale, it’s like old school cold calling
