‘Made in China’ isn’t always bad

As a general rule, I don’t like products that are made in China.

More often than usual, they are made to not last, they break or corrode easily and have imperfections.

And yet, so many items are made in China these days that we don’t really bother to look.

Living in Florida, one expects fish to at least be raised locally. The other day I was shocked to discover that my favorite tilapia come frozen all the way from China.

Today, however, I put together my new office chair, and surprisingly everything was remarkably easy. The chair was well worth the $150 price tag at Staples, where I spent a good thirty minutes checking office chairs, looking like a geek savant!

If you are a tall person looking for a sturdy, comfy office chair and don’t mind the “Made in China” tag, this one might be for you.
